Refund policy
Returns We have a strict return policy: we only accept returns if the product you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of the defect or damage (such as photos or videos). The item must be returned in its original packaging, and you’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return for a defective item, you can contact us at velourabeauty.oficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Since we only accept returns for defective products, we do not accept returns for any other reasons, including personal care goods (such as our beauty oils or devices) if you have simply changed your mind. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We do not accept or offer exchanges under any circumstances. If you received a defective item, we will process it as a return and refund based on the policy above.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your defective return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
