SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer free shipping on selected premium bundles (such as the Trio Confidence). Delivery times vary depending on your location, but all orders are guaranteed to be delivered within a maximum of 15 business days after dispatch.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Veloura Beauty is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
